How not to communicate effectively…imho

What do you think? I belong to a group on LinkedIn called Future Social Media, and this is a direct quote from a posting to this group: “we write the talk-track in such a way where we qualify deeply the target’s environment, carefully determining if there is a sales opportunity”. I just don’t know what this means. What is a “talk-track”? How can you write it? And why would you? If anyone can shed some light on this bizarre language, I’d be grateful. But actually, who am I kidding? This is just babble – or maybe babel – it means nothing and signifies even less. It irritates me, true, but then so many examples of jargon-speak do.
